Our 09-23 Challenger License Plate Holder is designed to allow you to avoid drilling into your bumper and offer a clean install. The design also allows it to be removed quickly to allow your vehicle to stand out at car shows or on track days. We offer this product with and without a receiver if you already own our tow hook. If you do not have a receiver/ ZL1 Addons tow hook, you will need to select ‘Add Receiver’ in the drop-down options.
