Description - This is a 3 piece matching knit set from the 70s that includes a tunic top, pants, and tie belt. The top is a henley style neckline with buttons that go about a third of the way down. It buttons at the cuff, and there are slits on the side. The pants are pull on with an elastic waist.  They have flared legs.

Condition - The elastic in the pants was mostly stretched out. It is the kind that is attached to the fabric so it wasn't simple to remove.  I decided to just add in a new elastic on top of that one. There is writing on the inside of the hem. It looks like a sharpie. It does not show through. I found one small stain near the hem on the pants. It doesn’t really stand out though because it’s blends in with the print.
