-Sky blue ribbed polyester material.

-Attached white necktie with back flap collar design traditionally found on Navy uniforms.

-Matching waist tie in same blue fabric - I preferred the way it fit without it!

-Two front small hip pockets.

-Front plastic zipper.

-Cuffed short sleeves.

-Overall an absolutely adorable piece!

A couple very small fabric snags, otherwise in excellent condition. Hand-washed, inspected, clean with no stains or odors, and ready to wear!
