How to Use

• Roll lightly with minimal pressure.

• Start from Level 1 during the first use and adjust based on skin condition.

STEP 1: Remove an MTS cartridge from the blister pack.
STEP 2: Insert the cartridge into the device with the protective cap on, then remove the cap.
STEP 3: Hold the power button for 2 seconds to turn on EMS Level 1. Tap to adjust intensity.
STEP 4: Press the LED/Vibration button to activate the blue LED and vibration mode.
