Beautiful Art Deco Black Velvet Jacket! Lightweight and very soft velvet (possibly silk velvet) jacket has had distressed silk lining removed, except for the waist (see photo). Rolled and padded ruched collar forms a deep V neckline secured with Art Deco buttons and velvet loops at the waist. Straight set in long sleeve, wide at hem. Waist is shirred with rows of elastic (still stretchy!) creating a cinched blouson shape. There is an oval area on back where pile of the velvet was pressed down, probably from wearing. Not too noticeable, see 2nd to last photo. Also there were two repairs done, a tiny one on the left side front and a half inch one done on the left side arm, see last photo. Price reflects accordingly. Look like a 1930s Hollywood silver screen siren in this sexy and soft black velvet jacket!
