Slow-fried fava beans are coated with a flavorful powder made from premium Nanko ume (Japanese plum) from Kishu, and topped with aromatic rare domestically produced aonori (green laver seaweed).

The roasted aroma of the fava beans combines with the tangy plum flavor and mild saltiness of the seaweed, making it an excellent snack to enjoy with alcohol. The slight acidity also pairs well with drinks such as lemon sour or highball.

It is not only ideal as a snack for alcohol, but also as a light bite when you’re hungry, and even suitable for children’s snacks.
