This gorgeous dress is a 1940s or early 50s cotton with a fitted bodice and scalloped collar detail. The skirt is a full a-line shape that really has a lot of movement, and the short sleeves are comfortable and not too tight on the arms. The zipper is nylon, so it may have been replaced at some point. Pinked inner seams as well as some pressed seams, and a hand tacked invisible hem. There's some sheer chiffon at the neckline in light pink that adds a nice modesty detail - I used it to my advantage by pairing with pink accessories. Nice tea / midi length. Fabric is a cotton sateen.

Bust 44" up to about 46" max, waist 36", hip 44", length 45". Excellent condition.
