This gorgeous 18k gold Georgian era acrostic ring is so special. If you are unfamiliar with acrostic jewelry, it uses gemstones to spell out a word, most commonly REGARD and ADORE.⁣⁣Ruby, Emerald, Garnet, Amethyst, Ruby, Diamond = REGARD⁣⁣These pieces became popular in the Georgian era (c. 1714-1837), and this piece likely dates from the late Georgian period, around the 1820s-30s.⁣⁣It is unmarked but tests for at least 18k gold.
