I found this one along with a second house and church the other day in Maine, and while certainly made by the same person, 1920s-30s I would guess, each feels like its own special thing and is of substantial scale, so I am listing individually. Made from scratch using crate wood (with the print on the wood visible inside), with hand-painted doors and windows, brick chimney and patterned roof. I especially love the form of this two story, with angled awning between the first and second floors and barn-like profile to the sides. Wonderfully graphic and very charming.

9 3/4” t x 9” l x 6 1/4” w. Very good overall condition, just a split to the wood of the roof on one side, which looks to have been repaired and is soundly attached and not making it at all fragile.
