Coenzyme Q10  is essential for the life of every cell in our body. It is a basic element of the respiratory chain, taking an active part in the transfer of protons and electrons. When we exceed the age of 35, its insufficient amount in the body begins to be noticeable, which is why its supplementation is necessary. Coenzyme Q10 can occur in two forms - oxidized (UBICHINONE) and reduced (UBICHINOL).
