Our dual PVC bladder features 2 compartments for water and air with separate nozzles. This allows for full or partial take-down; you can deflate and empty it completely or deflate and leave the water compartment full for a quicker and easier set-up. Partially deflated, it takes up less than 2 square feet of space, and it gets even smaller when it’s completely taken down. Either way, it can be stored away to maximize your space for other drills or workouts. No extra gear required: no mats, hanging gear or hardware necessary. Take it anywhere: outside, to the gym, to an off-site class; the possibilities are limitless.
