Wild fruits are gathered through the summer and autumn from across the Strathardle Glen, and may include such things as rowanberry, hawthorn, rosehips, elderberries, plums, crab apples, sloes, wild cherries, and anything else I can find. Complex and fruity, this is usually brewed to be a medium dry mead, and the current batch has citrus and peach notes. Use like a white wine. 700ml Bottle
