Gavi La Raia, biodynamic wine, 100% Cortese, low in sulphites, crisp yet very smooth, layered and yet with the cutting acidity of good Gavi. Made with low yielding old vines of Cortese grapes from the south-east facing vineyard La Madonnina, cultivated organically/biodynamically. The wine ferments naturally in steel and spends 6 moths refining with the lees. The straight Gavi is the crisper of their wines, but doesn’t lack in minerality, texture and natural freshness.
