EasyClip EC125 Preset Staplegrip is a preset-staple hinged belt fastener for belts 1/8 to 3/16 inch thick, rated to 180 PIW. This pack contains 50 strips for a 72-inch belt width with washers included. Hinge pins sold separately.

EasyClip staples are pre-loaded into the fastener strip, allowing installation with a simple hammer and anvil tool. Much faster than driving individual staples. Staples clinch through the belt carcass from both sides, distributing load evenly. The washer option increases pull-out resistance on soft or worn belt covers.

Material: 316 Stainless Steel plates, stainless staples, stainless washers. 316 stainless steel provides corrosion resistance for wash-down sanitary lines, food processing, pharmaceutical manufacturing, and outdoor applications.

Applications: Package handling, light manufacturing, food processing wash-down lines, pharmaceutical conveyors, and warehouse distribution conveyors.

Direct Flexco equivalent: EasyClip EC125 is the direct equivalent to Flexco Alligator Ready Set RS125 at matching size numbers.

Hinge pin needed separately: Order an NC (nylon-covered steel) or NCS (nylon-covered stainless) cable pin matching your 72" belt width. Example: NC-72 for nylon-covered steel pin, NCS-72 for stainless.
