Welcome to the new Targa Florio range. This kit is a typical 2-floor Mediterranean house. It features a tile roof, deep windows and doors, balcony, and two different wall textures. There is the option to have it as a standalone, or used in a line of houses. The base piece comes with curb stones and an optional path.

There are options with the roof tiles - if you want this building to be in a line you will want them 9" wide; if you are having this building stand alone then you will probably want them to overlap the ends a little. The kit has 3 different thicknesses of wood in it to help take the detail of this product to the next level, as well as the plastic roof tiles, it has never been easier to make a authentic looking Targa Florio building.
