As USB interconnect systems gain in popularity, so do the demands on the cabling systems. L-com's U3A00025-10I waterproof cables can prevent costly repairs sometimes necessary when contaminants such as water and dust destroy standard USB connectors. These versatile assemblies feature a panel-mountable, waterproof female USB A connector and 28/24 AWG 10" wire leads that can easily be soldered into a PCB or terminated with a variety of connectors. Mating waterproof male cable assemblies are available. Use either L-com part number WPUSB-CVR or WPCVR-USB-1394 to cover and seal the female side and maintain the IP67 rating when not mated with an appropriate cable.
