The second flavour to come from the mind of Mrs Mead. Born from a conversation about limoncello and other ‘sharp’ fruits.

It has pure Rhubarb concentrate added after the fermentation process. This gives it a nice rhubarb flavour with a slightly sharp edge.  Suitable for those who like fruity drinks but still want to taste the mead or prefer their mead not quite so sweet.

FREE FROM: Gluten, Wheat, Fish, Dairy, Sulphites, Eggs, Gelatin – suitable for vegetarians

As this is a natural product, some hazing and sedimentation is likely to occur.  Leave to settle in a cool, dark place and pour carefully.  This a natural part of the maturation process and is not harmful to consumer or product.  In fact, it will taste even better for it and it is why we use a decanter style bottle!
